“ADA Stephanie Breland-Wood and ADA Chris Hennis did a great job in trying the case,” DA Jones stated. Lindsey sexually battered his minor granddaughter and her minor best friend. The granddaughter had been sexually abused by Lindsey over a period of years, and the best friend was attacked when she was staying overnight with the granddaughter.

DA Jones stated that “slowly, but surely we continue to march toward punishing the sexual predators in my district, and we will not rest until children are safe here.”

District Attorney Jones went on to say that his office “prosecutes criminals without regard to passion, prejudice, improper influence, political standing, financial standing, or regards to race” and it is his duty to “ensure that justice will be served with each and every case [his] office handles.”  Lindsey,Howard(3)

Daniel C. Jones represents the 13th Circuit Court District which includes Covington, Jasper, Simpson, and Smith counties.
