Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee for Gregory Carroll Bishop, 50, of Mount Olive, who passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 at his home. Interment will be at Jones Cemetery in Mize. Bro. Craig Sanford will officiate the services.

 Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Gayle Bishop and Gretna Jones Bishop; brother, David Bishop.

 He is survived by his wife, Doris Jane Bishop of Mt. Olive; children, Sadie Elise Bishop of Mt. Olive, Cody Hynum of Prentiss, Jade Hynum of Seminary and Hailey Yates of Mt. Olive; seven grandchildren, Cole Pope, Slade Pope, Reed Russell, Jordan Russell, Kloe Hynum, Bentley Hynum, and Aubrey Fairley; brother, Hamilton Bishop; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Pallbearers will be Craig Sanford, Roger Sullivan, Ray Purser, Tony Wheat, Ricky Holder, and Michael Vaughn.

Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031
