On June 15, 2025, around 9:37 p.m.,
Magee officers responded to Newk’s Eatery in reference to a suspicious person near the dumpsters who was making strange statements to the staff. After speaking with the individual and identifying him as Ronald Graham, it was discovered he had felony warrants for attempted murder and burglary out of Semmes, Mobile County, Alabama. After the warrant was confirmed, he was taken into custody without incident and is being held awaiting extradition.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
