Wow, if ya’ll are like me, I feel as if the days are flying by to Christmas…and I’m sure not ready! I am not one who has every gift purchased and wrapped…meals planned…and list made. I think I’m still in July!

Don’t forget Story Time at the Magee Library today…Polar Express!

Prayers for Paul Banis following a five hour back surgery at Riveroak, Dempsey Sullivan, Baby Graham Grubbs (one week old and back in hospital due to jaundice level is to high an Graham is losing to much weight), Joyce and Paul Walker, Tommy Everett, and Mrs. Jimmie Duckworth. Please send your prayer request to sue@mageenews.com

I visited with a former Magee girl Tuesday night….Elaine Sanders! Elaine and Billy moved to Mt View, Ark about a year ago (could be longer time goes so fast!). Elaine was instrumental in the development of the theater in Magee. She looks great! She and Billy love their new home…but sure enjoy seeing their Magee friends! Elaine truly left her positive mark on Magee!

The Children’s Play is scheduled for Friday @ 7 and Saturday @ 1. Tickets are $10….a great way to support the arts…and these precious children!

Thursday at 6:00 PM, Magee Principal Pete Howell is hosting a Magee High School Alumni meeting at McAlister’s. The meeting is an opportunity  for former Magee graduates to meet/eat and discuss plans for the future! Alumni are encouraged to bring a toy for a child in our community.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

School board is Thursday night!

Blessing to each of you

Pictured is my youngest grandson, Hudson Honea.  The son of Dickey and Lynda Honea of Madison.  I don’t think there is any question about who he will be supporting during bowl season!
