An ordinance covering the use of Golf Carts on the streets of Magee was adopted and approved at Tuesday, February 5, 2019, Board of Aldermen Meeting.

Golf carts may be operated on all public roads and streets within the City except for the following, where golf carts shall be prohibitedL
Highway 49 and the frontage roads along said highway.
Highway 149
Highway 28
Highway 541
Raleigh Drive
Pinola Drive
11th Avenue
Golf cart headlights must be on at all times.
The ordinance was unanimously approved.
