The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Lamentations 3: 25-26: “The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” What a wonderful promise to those who believe and accept God on faith. His mercy extends to all who accept Him as their Lord and Savior, and with that mercy comes hope for tomorrow and life beyond this sphere. We must seek His face, trust in Him, and offer up our body and minds to Him. The salvation He offers so freely will see us through from this life into the next. It doesn’t get any better for the Christian, does it? Amen!
