(April 19, 1936 – November 17, 2021)

Gloria Ann Lewindon Anderson, 85, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 19, 1936, in London, England.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home at 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. The burial will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.  Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Mrs. Anderson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She enjoyed traveling, working with arts and crafts, knitting, volunteering at Magee General Hospital, and most of all spending time with her family.  She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, L.B. Anderson; father, Fred Lewindon; brother, Tony Lewindon; and sister, Olive Hughes.

Survivors include her loving son, Anthony Anderson of Magee; step-daughter, Susan Walsh of London, England; grandchildren, Alana Anderson of Gulfport, Andrew Anderson of Magee, and Allison Anderson of Magee; brother, Kenny Lewindon (Patsy); and sister, Deanna Delay.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
