The Scriptural passage for today is found in Luke 6:38: “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” The Christian is urged to give and share freely in his daily walk and not be stingy. Promises of bountiful blessings are assured by God to the faithful who give freely and without selfish motive or expectation of reward. Let us go about our daily routine with grateful hearts while seeking ways in which to share what God gives to us, and let us do it with love, joy, and kindness. God will amply reward! Amen!
