George Edwards, 79, of Mendenhall, passed from this life Tuesday, May 31, 2016 in Mendenhall. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife – Sallie V. Edwards; daughter – Mary Turnage (Walter)
Mr. Edwards is preceded in death by his parents Homer Edwards and Leona Edwards
