George Earl Bratcher, 50, of Mendenhall, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Leakesville Rehab & Nursing Center in Leakesville, Mississippi. He was born Monday, June 2, 1969, in Magee, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. The burial will follow in Kennedy Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Hwy 540, Magee, Mississippi. Bro. Johnny Sykes will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Hilton Bratcher, Sr. and Eunice Craft Bratcher; mother, Betty Bratcher Hemby; and one brother Billy Bratcher, Sr.
Survivors include one son, Dustin Bratcher of Mendenhall; six siblings, Johnnie Eldridge (Monroe) of Braxton, Angel Bratcher of Mendenhall, Renee Capitanelli of Mendenhall, Buddy Bratcher (Marsha) of Mendenhall, Judy Craft Speed (Jamie) of Collins, and Shelia Tullos Blair (Jimmy Dale) of Mendenhall; and a host of other family members and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
