Frank L Wilson, 79, of Mendenhall, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday at Select Specialty in Jackson. He was born Saturday, May 20, 1939.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

Mr. Wilson was loving, caring, and strong father. He was a hard worker, truck driver, and loved the outdoors. He served in the U.S. Army and post-World War II occupation of Germany. He also served alongside of Elvis Presley.

He was preceded in death by Bobbie Wilson (Wife), Pascal Scara (Father), Martha Scara (Mother), Frank (Bo) Wilson (Son), Aggie Waltman (Sister), Dude Waltman (Sister), Catfish Scara (Brother), William Wilson (Brother).

Survivors include Chelley Melendez (Salvador) (Daughter), Johnnie Young (Joshua) (Daughter), Martha Wilson (Daughter), Bobbie Wilson (Daughter), Michael Wilson (Grandchild), Robert Anglada (Grandchild), Melanie Wilson (Grandchild), Jessica Dale (Charles) (Grandchild), Destiny Wilson (Grandchild), Matt Wilson (Grandchild), Justin Wilson (Grandchild), Angelia Wilson (Grandchild), Wilmer Wilson (Grandchild), Letty Wilson (Grandchild), Felix Wilson (Grandchild), Sandra Wilson (Grandchild), Junior Wilson (Grandchild), Lilly Wilson (Grandchild), Kaitlyn Hernandez (Grandchild), Antonio Hernandez (Grandchild), Sienna Duncan (Grandchild), Braelyn Duncan (Grandchild), Abbygail Young (Grandchild), four great-grandchildren, Frances Waltman (Sister), Henriette Kenworthy (Sister).
