Frances Elaine Carlisle, Mendenhall, MS
Frances Elaine Carlisle passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the age of 65. She was born on February 17, 1951 to her loving parents, Robert Nelson and Mattie Rae Carlisle.
Frances was a retired school bus driver.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Richard Carlisle, Sr.
Survivors include one son, Kerry Ray Rushing, Jr.; brothers, Glenn Douglas Carlisle and Bobby Nelson Carlisle; one sister, Helen Westmoreland (Billy) and three grandchildren, Brittney Marie Wallace, Amber Nicole Westmoreland and Miranda Elizabeth Millis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m., at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall. Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Tutor Funeral Home Chapel in Mendenhall. Bro. Jason Westmoreland will officiate . Interment will be in the Owens Cemetery in Shivers, MS.
