Head Coach John Bland is pleased to announce that seven mid-year signees will join the Mississippi College football program in January of 2019.

“We are really excited about the positions that we were able to fill on National Signing Day,” Bland said. “We are still in the process of adding to the class, and we expect to have some more guys join this group come January.”

The seven student-athletes that joined the Choctaws were De’martre Collins (Copiah Lincoln CC), Donald Kinchen (Pearl River CC), Daniel Little (East Central CC), William Sterling (East Central CC), Tyler Walker (Murray State), Luke Wilson (Holmes CC) and Jaylan Woods (MS Delta CC).

The Choctaws are scheduled to open the 2019 season against defending SWAC champions, Alcorn State, on Saturday, September 7th. Mississippi College is a private Christian university located in Clinton, Mississippi with an enrollment of over 5,000 students.
