First Lady Elee Reeves was the guest speaker at the November 2, 2023 Simpson County Republican Women meeting.
The First Lady spoke on the renovation of the Governor’s mansion and highlighted the use of
antique furniture from previous administrations.
A candlelight tour of the mansion will be open to the public December 4-8th. (Additional information concerning the tour will be posted when made available)
Mrs Reeves spoke on the Governor’s campaign with voting on November 7, 2023. “Get out the vote,” emphasized the First Lady.
Club President Cemper Scott updated the members on coming activities. The annual Christmas party will take place at the home of Cemper on December 14th beginning at 6 o’clock. Each member is encouraged to bring signed Christmas cards for veterans.
The Simpson County Republican Women group was awarded the Diamond Level Club Achievement Award.
The Simpson County Republican Women meet the first Thursday of each month. Guest are welcome.
