Around 3:30 Magee Fire Department was paged out to assist in a large fire at Georgia Pacific in Taylorville. Many departments from the surrounding area were dispatched out to the wood chip bin which was reported to be on fire. Mt. Olive, Hot Coffee, East Covington, Collins, Magee Ladder truck, Jones County departments, and many Smith county departments were paged to battle the fire. More details will be released when they come available.
