The subjects made initial appearances before United States Magistrate Judge John C. Gargiulo, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in Gulfport on Tuesday. Magistrate Judge Gargiulo ordered the subjects to be held pending Detention Hearings set for Monday, Aug. 20, 2018.
