(July 12, 1933 – January 17, 2022)

Eunice Butler Drennan, 88 of Magee, Mississippi passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Monday, January 17, 2022, at Magee General Hospital in Magee, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, July 12, 1933, in Simpson County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home at 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi. The burial will follow in Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Brother Jason Webb will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Mrs. Drennan was a member of Goodwater Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She loved sitting on her front porch, cooking, and most of all spending time with her grandkids.  She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Drennan; sons, Billy M. Drennan, Larry R. Drennan, and Doug E. Drennan; parents, Roland and Otis Runnels Butler; siblings, Billy Joe Butler, Louise Butler Hall, Lois Butler Nolan, Moozon Dye, Nettie Dye, Lillie Butler Fairley, Lillian Butler Hall, Jerald Butler, and Leon Butler. .

Survivors include her loving son, James Ray Drennan (Patsy) of Magee, MS; Daughter-in-law, Theresa Drennan; grandchildren, Dusty (Ree) Drennan, Lacey (Caleb) Lancaster, Bethany Drennan, Andrew Drennan, Courtney Drennan, and Jared Drennan; great-grandchildren, Dawsan Drennan, Devan Drennan, Ellery Lancaster, and Mya McNair; sister, Lavada Shows; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews..

Pallbearers will be Dusty Drennan, Dawsan Drennan, Devan Drennan, Andrew Drennan, Jared Drennan, Jimmy Shows, and Timmy Shows.
