Ethel Whynette Hosey, 78, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Pearl River, Louisiana.
She was born on September 21, 1937, to her parents, the (late) Steve Tullos and Lula Bell (Craft) Tullos in Smith County. She was a retired restaurant owner.
Mrs. Hosey is survived by one son, Anthony “Red” Hosey; two daughters, Cynthia Barrett, Brenda Morgan; twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Hosey; daughter, Melinda Hosey; three brothers, Alonzo Tullos, Hurshel Tullos, Thomas Tullos; five sisters, Mamie Robinson, Mildred Thompson, Ruby Thomassie, Bessie Toler, Jeanette Coleman.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, April 14, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee.

Services will follow at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 15, in the chapel of Tutor Funeral Home, Magee.   Interment will follow in Raleigh City Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to St. Joseph Hospice of Louisiana.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
