Chloe Woodard a senior at Mendenhall High School has served as Simpson County’s Distinguished Young Woman for the past year. Chloe is an outstanding young lady who took advantage of a program that opened many doors for her.
The Distinguished Young Women (DYW) is a part of a national scholarship program focused on recognizing and empowering high school junior girls.
The program is based on five key categories: Scholastics, Interview, Talent, Fitness, and Self-expression.
Our local Simpson County program is open to high school juniors that live in Simpson County whether they are in a public, private, or homeschool. There are no fees to enter the program.
