By James Davis
The Scriptural passage for today is found in 1 Thessalonians 5:11: “Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” The apostle is again encouraging the early Christians in the proper treatment of their fellow church members. We are always to be about building up and edifying and never in the business of tearing down or destroying. Christians have a duty to one another to sow seeds of unity and love among the brethren and not to indulge in backbiting and idle gossip. Let us ever be found in building up and encouraging. We should always be one in the bond of love while serving the Lord and one another with gladness. Amen!
Happy Tuesday!
