As of noon on January 16, four people had qualified for the Simpson County Sheriff. The three who qualified for the position were Darrell Walker, Cederick Allbritton, Dalton McGovern. Paul Mullins, who qualified on January 2, was the first candidate to qualify for the position. The race will be highly watched as we go into 2019 along with other races. Below is an updated list of candidates who have qualified to run in 2019 as of January 16. MageeNews.com will continue to bring updates on candidates who have qualified
