Eddie Carrel Jordan, Sr., 66 of Magee, MS passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at his residence. He was born Tuesday, July 17, 1956 in Raleigh, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi. A funeral graveside service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. at Merchant Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031
Eddie enjoyed playing and listening to music. He was skilled in playing the guitar and steel guitar. He also enjoyed spending time with his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dannie Lee Jordan; brothers, Bobby Jordan and Joe Jordan; sister, Maxine Garner.
Survivors include his twin brother, David Jordan (Alice); sons, Eddie (Bo) Jordan , Jr. (Devin) and Adam Jordan (Jill); fiancé, Rhonda Tillman; step-daughter, Heather Fortenberry; grandchildren, Trevor Jordan (Lynda), Erin Jordan, Ethan Jordan, Brooke Jordan, Blake Jordan, Dixcie Fortenberry and Gauge Fortenberry; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gauge Fortenberry, Harold Garner, Randy Bailey, Reagan Grimsley, Hunter Richardson, and Joe Garner Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Trevor Jordan, Ethan Jordan, and Blake Jordan.
