Copiah Lincoln Community College and Entergy sponsored a Economic Development Summit on the Wesson Campus of Co-Lin Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

Dr. Jane Hulon, President of Copiah Lincoln Community College, welcomed everyone to Co-Lin. Casey K Sacks, PhD., Deputy Assistant Secretary for Community Colleges Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education spoke on Best Practices for Economic Development in Rural Communities.

Ed Gardner, Jr. with Entergy, Director of Business and Economic Development, spoke about Economic Development Challenges and Opportunities in South West Mississippi.

Members in attendance from Simpson County were: Donnie Caughman, Dale Berry, Brain Kennedy, Curtis Skiffer, Dennis Amman. Randy Moore, Danny Craft, Chris Caughman, Rhuel Dickerson, and Richard Rankin.
