Dunbar Magruder Bell, 94 of Flowood, MS passed away Monday, June 9, 2025 at his home in Flowood, MS. He was born Wednesday, April 29, 1931 in Gulfport, Mississippi.

 Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. at Braxton City Cemetery in Braxton, MS. Bro. Richard Rankin will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401

Mr. Bell served in the U.S. Navy on an aircraft carrier during the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Bell; parents, Henry Marvin Bell; and Mary Catherine Magruder Bell; one sister and two brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Margie Cook Bell of Flowood, MS; daughter, Brenda Barlow (Hugh) of Long Beach; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Braxton Methodist Church, 107 W Main Street, Braxton, MS 39044.
