On December 14, 2021, Officers with the Magee Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for obstructing traffic near Main Street and Highway 49 North. The driver was identified as Bobby Joe Girault from Crystal Springs, Mississippi. During the course of the traffic stop, Officers obtained consent to search Girault’s vehicle. During the course of the search, Officers found approximately 8 grams of alleged Methamphetamine and several drug paraphernalia items. Girault is currently awaiting bond at the Magee Jail.
