Dorothy A. Jones, 97, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Sunday October 21st, 2018 at Magee General Hospital.

She was born Wednesday, December 22, 1920.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Old Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Old Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church. The Burial will follow in Old Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Elder Ricky Harcrow will officiate.

Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

She was preceded in death by husband, Bob H. Jones; parents, V.F. Sullivan and Rhoda Sullivan; brother, Ray H. Sullivan, Sr.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Higgs (David); grandson, Michael Higgs (Amber); great- grand-dog, Abby; host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Jones, Andy Kennedy, Dirk Layton, Ben Berry, Gary Turner, and Doug Warren.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Austin and Mike Davis.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Old Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church c/o James Jones church clerk 1696 Simpson Hwy 540 Mendenhall, MS 39114.
