Doris Clydean Herrington Gowan, 84, of Jackson, MS died Friday, June 24, 2016 at Community Place Nursing Home in Jackson, She was born Tuesday, August 11, 1931 in Simpson Co, MS.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. Burial will follow in Goodwater Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in Magee,
