What kind of mountains are you wanting to move?

The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in James 1: 13-15: “Don’t blame God when you are tempted! God cannot be tempted by evil, and He doesn’t use evil to tempt others. We are tempted by our own desires that drag us off and trap us. Our desires make us sin, and when sin is finished with us, it leaves us dead.” We are given free will by God and have the ability to refuse to act on sinful desires. God tells us that we can ask Him for guidance in resisting the devil, and He will provide us with the strength necessary to resist. God sent His Son Jesus to pay the sin debt and allow us to escape its wages of death and damnation by accepting Him and His gift of salvation. Accept Him today if you have not. Turn your life over to Him and keep in daily communion with God, asking Him to give you strength to overcome the ravages of sin. Today is the accepted time. Amen!
