Don Ameche Thompson, 78, of  Ellisville, MS passed away Tuesday, November 07, 2017 at Ellisville State School in Ellisville, MS. He was born Tuesday, June 27, 1939 in Magee, MS.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 10, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, MS. Burial will follow in Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, MS. Wayne Thompson and Keith Thompson will officiate.  Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031

Don was a member of Siloam Baptist Church and grew up in the Siloam community.

Survivors include his sister-in-law, Wanda Thompson, Ellisville, MS, nephews, Wayne Thompson (Tina) of Laurel, MS, Dr. Keith Thompson (Allyson) of Hattiesburg, MS.
