Dollie Toney, Kiln, MS
Dollie Anderson Toney gained her heavenly wings on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She was born on January 28, 1949, to R. C. Anderson and Eunice B. (Welch) Anderson in Magee, MS.
Dollie retired from working with The Department of Human Services in Mendenhall, MS after many years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a member of Rials Creek Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ottis Toney; daughter, Lara Anne Ladner (Mike); brother, Sam Anderson (Susan); sisters, Melba Watkins (Jim), Lynn A. Smith (Lloyd); three grandchildren, Lace Canoy, Logan Arguelles, Chelsea Ladner; two great-grandchildren, Jaydon Anderson,Laralei Arguelles, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation for friends was held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services are Sunday, February 4, at 2:00 p.m. in the Tutor Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Bethany Calhoun Cemetery in Cato, MS. Reverend Chris Layton will officiate.
Arrangements were entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
