D’Lo doesn’t just have a TV series (Small Town Big Mayor) …they are getting a new eatery! How exciting! Andy and Leslie Gipson have purchased the old D’Lo Grocery and Market…and giving the building a face lift inside an out! While visiting Mr. Max Mullins at Southern Farms Nursery, I ran into Leslie and got a tour of the historical building. Ya’ll, Andy and Leslie are taking on quite a job but one that will make the county proud. Plans are for a restaurant…with a patio in the back…as well as live music! How fun!!! The restaurant will be fantastic family friendly gathering place!
Months of work lie ahead, but the Gipson family are really for the challenge and anxious to give back to their community.
