Dianne Culpepper McLendon, 79 of Mendenhall, Mississippi, passed away Monday, November 17th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was the daughter of James Norris and Alma Lee Culpepper.

Dianne is survived by her loving husband, Jerry McLendon; her children, Brad Barr(Christy), Missie Armstrong(Chris), Jeff Barr(Patricia); step-sons, Brad McLendon, Brice Mclendon (Jennifer); her thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Teresa Lisenbe (John). All of whom were the great joys of her life.

A gifted and avid quilter, Dianne was Vice President of the Pine Belt Quilters Guild for six years, a member of Brandon Quilters, Rankin Quilters and Southern Fiber Artists. Dianne poured her heart into every stitch she made, creating pieces that will continue to wrap her family in the comfort of her love. She was also a proud and loyal supporter of Ole Miss athletics, cheering with enthusiasm and spirit that never faded. While in the Grove, she would invite anyone she met to their tent to eat, socialize, and share recipes.
