Dennis Snellgrove, 63 of Brandon, MS passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at his residence in Brandon, MS. He was born Thursday, November 17, 1960 in Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Mendenhall. Burial will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Walter Butler and Bro. Gene Irwin will officiate. Special music will be performed by Mitch Ross. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401.
Dennis loved to hunt and fish with his brother, son, and grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, and pappy to his grandchildren. He cherished his son-In-law and daughter-In-law with his whole heart. He would go above and beyond to help his daughter during any time of need. Dennis loved his high school sweetheart and wife of 42 years until his very last breath. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Mary Snellgrove.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Snellgrove of Brandon, MS; son, Daniel Snellgrove (Bonnie) of Brandon , MS; daughter, Lori Sandifer (Steven) of Brandon , MS; grandchildren, Ethan Snellgrove, Aibey Carlisle, Rachel Snellgrove, Darcy Snellgrove and Mae-Lee Sandifer; brother, Eric Snellgrove (Angie) of Mendenhall , MS.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Snellgrove, Paul Kalman, Steven Sandifer, Marcus Jenkins, Cory Waltman, and Tyler Warren.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Warren
