Deliverance
The word deliver means to surrender. Jesus wants you today to repent, be filled with the Holy Spirit speaking in tongues as the spirit gives the utterance, take up your cross, follow Jesus and then serve Him.
As you read this devotion do it with an open mind and see what God has in store for you. Our devotion today comes from Psalm 86:13. For great is thy mercy toward me and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
God shows us mercy every day of our life. No matter how many times we come to Jesus He is ready and willing to forgive us of our sins. We are all sinners saved by the grace of God. If you are on drugs or lived a rough life Jesus wants you to come to Him now for tomorrow may be too late. Do you truly want forgiveness now? Pray and ask God for another chance.
Your faith through prayer touching the portals of heaven is what saves you. You may be going to the same house of worship all of your life that won’t save you. What will save you is becoming a child of God.
The arms of Jesus are opened wide ready to welcome you home. He can turn that house into a home. He can make that dad a father. Deliverance will come if only you believe.
Have a blessed and victorious week.
