Mendenhall- District Attorney Daniel C. Jones announced that on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20, 2015, the following pleas were heard by the Hon. Eddie H. Bowen:
*Jason Moss, pled guilty to welfare fraud, three (3) years of probation, pay restitution in the amount of $4,427.00 and $1,000 fine to be paid within three years.
*Jacqueline Riley, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone, eight (8) years in the custody, supervision of MDOC and court costs of $451.50.
*Phillip Cameron Sullivan, pled guilty to arson, three (3) years to serve suspended, with three supervised probation, court costs of $451.51, and restitution of $1,750.00 to be paid in one year.
*Brenda Cameron, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, alprazolam, eight (8) years in the custody, supervision of MDOC and court costs of $451.50.
*Samantha Evans, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, eight (8) years in the custody, supervision of MDOC and court costs of $451.50.
*James Edward Sullivan, III, pled guilty to burglary of a dwelling, twenty (20) years MDOC, under the direction, control and supervision of MDOC, and pay court costs of $451.50 and restitution to the victims in the amount of $5,832.00.
*Cecil Bowers, pled guilty to robbery and felony fleeing, twelve (12) years MDOC, under the direction, control and supervision of MDOC, and pay court costs of $451.50.
*Sonya Coley, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone, eight (8) years in the custody, supervision of MDOC and court costs of $451.50.
*Robbie Lee, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, eight (8) years in the custody, supervision of MDOC and court costs of $451.50.
