Debra Fields Easterling gained her heavenly wings surrounded by family on Friday, December 6, 2024. She was born on November 10, 1954, in Augusta, Georgia, to William E. Fields and Helaine H. Wasson Fields.
Debra loved God and her family. She enjoyed southern living with her family and friends. Her favorite pastime was being with her grandchildren. She was a devoted nurse who loved her patients, was very pro-life, was an Eastern Star, and was a sister of Pi Beta Phi. Debra always lived a selfless life and will be remembered as a devout Christian.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, William E. Fields, and an infant brother.
She is survived by her sons, Philip Lewis (Jennifer) and William Lewis (Christy); her mother, Helaine Fields; sisters, Jennifer Millsaps (Grady) Lindy Fields and Mindy May (Cliff); eleven grandchildren, Gage, Isabella, Madeline, Ryan, Brandon, Hannah, Cole, Landon, Tyler, Tanner, and Hannah; one great-grandson, Cameron; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., with the service following at 11:30 in the chapel. The interment will be at Magee City Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Philip Lewis, Will Lewis, Brandon Vincent, Gage Lewis, Cole Lewis, and Landon Lewis.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
