Mrs. Debbie above all else, loved her family. Her friends loved her nutty personality and humor. She could make anybody laugh. She was a great cook and could whip up just about anything country. She was the type that would give you the shirt off her back and would take in and help anybody. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be deeply, and dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Lee; father, J.D Mathis; mother, Sarah “Sissy” Sowell Smith.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Lee (Cynthia), Brandon Lee (Jessica) and Anthony Weathersby (Haley); daughters, Katina Johnson Tuggle (David), Cassandra Johnson Weathersby and Makayla Brown; grandchildren, Tony Garrett, Devin Hofler, Duahcota Lee (Emma), Dalynn Lee, Destiney Lee, Colton Rowell, Kayleah Kelly, Kensley Lee, Seth Garrett, Aaliyah Tuggle and Keith Mitchell; brother, Ronald Hale (Sheila); sister, Carla Taylor (Skeet); and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Weathersby, Seth Garrett, Brandon Lee, Dakota Lee, Keith Mitchell, and Jared Taylor.
