Daniel C. Jones, District Attorney, announces the retirement of David Blakeney from the Office of the District Attorney.
Mendenhall- District Attorney Daniel C. Jones announced that on Friday, February 27, 2015, David Blakeney of Taylorsville, MS, retired from the Office of the District Attorney.
DA Jones said “David has done an excellent job in his role as a Criminal Investigator.” Jones further added that “[he] always called him ‘Uncle David’ and his wife ‘Aunt Mary Alice’ and thought of them as family.” DA Jones stated that “[he] wish[es] David and Mary Alice the best in retirement as he is a good Christian man.”
Daniel C. Jones represents the 13th Circuit Court District which includes Covington, Jasper, Simpson, and Smith counties.
