Dartha Loraine Adcock, 73, of White Oak, who passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson. She was born November 13, 1948.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Sardis Baptist Church in White Oak. Graveside services will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in White Oak. Bro. Pete Pearson will officiate the services.  Bro. Tim Robertson will provide special music. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman  Adcock;  parents, Harmon Phillips and Ruth Adcock Phillips; brother, Hillard  Phillips;  sisters, Willie  Ruth Adcox, Winnie  Faye  Thompson and Lula Carolyn Cauthen.

She is survived by her son, Chris Adcock  of White Oak , MS;  daughters, Jeannie  Murphy  (Chris) of Raleigh , MS and Jo Anna Sumrall  (Bubba ) of White Oak , MS;  grandchildren, Brittany  Adcock  of Pelahatchie , MS, Dallas  Murphy (April) of Lucedale, MS and Amy Adcock  of Pelahatchie, MS;  sisters, Rosie Yarbrough  of Polkville , MS, Mary Ann  Lingle  of Morton , MS and Martha  Adcock  (Bartley ) of White Oak , MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Dallas Murphy, Gary Dale Thornton, Joseph Adcock, Will Adcock, Ethan Adcock, and Kyle Adcock.
