Raleigh- On Friday, the 17th day of July, 2015 the Office of the District Attorney presented the “Child Sexual Abuse” Seminar at the Smith County Multipurpose Building in Raleigh.
The Office of the District Attorney presented the program in an effort to “educate our law enforcement officers about child sexual abuse,” District Attorney Daniel C. Jones stated. DA Jones further stated that “the child sexual abuse program was put together by ADA Stephanie Breland-Wood, ADA Chris Hennis, and VAC Donna Robinson.” DA Jones added “they have done a terrific job and this will help us and law enforcement to prosecute sexual predators even more.”
Today, District Attorney Daniel C. Jones said, “It is our job in the DA’s office to protect our young people from the scourge of sexual predators. We take this responsibility very seriously and are working proactively to put a stop to sexual predators.”
