Press Release from Simpson County Sheriff Department
On 11/17/2021, Wednesday night around 9pm, Simpson County deputies were dispatched to the cattle farm of Mr. Steven A. Lee on Shivers Rd.
Deputies arrived to discover that 2 cows were shot dead and later discovered that at least 6 to 7 more cows had suffered gunshot wounds.
The MS Agricultural & Livestock Theft Bureau, along with the sheriff’s Dept. are investigating this incident. We are asking for the public’s help.
