Courtney Breanne Kennedy, 31, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at the University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.  She was born Tuesday, May 2, 1989.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. The Burial will follow in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Malcolm Byrd and Bro. Jay Wesbrooks will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Courtney was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece and cousin. She was a people person who loved everyone unconditionally. To know her was to love her. Courtney was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Mize.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Vernon and Gloria McWilliams.

Survivors include her parents, Reggie and Theresa Kennedy; brothers, Charles Reggie Kennedy, Jr. (Hannah), and Jeremy Chad Kennedy; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Doris Watkins; paternal grandfather, Bobby Kennedy; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Charles Kennedy, Chad Kennedy, Eric Runnels, Eddie Runnels, Benny Ducksworth, and Michael Sullivan.  Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Hadley, Tommy Easterling, and Ronnie McDonald.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
