On June 15, 2021, Officers with Magee Police Department came into contact with a male and female who were reportedly trespassing in the McNair Springs area. The male was identified as Brian Christopher Kennedy and the female was identified as Briana Ruth Wright.
During the course of the Investigation, it was revealed to the Officers that Brian C. Kennedy was in possession of Methamphetamine and Brianna Ruth was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both Brian C. Kennedy and Briana Ruth Wright were arrested and transported to Magee Police Department.
