The run-off party election comes to an end on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.

I’m kind of glad.  I don’t like dirty politics.  I am all about folks running a clean race.

The waters are getting muddy!

In District 2, Danny Craft and David Johnson are on the ballot.  Voting will be at your regular polling place.  7 AM -7 PM.

District 5 give us Daniel Ferguson and Charlie Westmoland again, regular voting place and 7-7.

I cannot encourage you enough to go and VOTE.  Truly, every vote counts!

These guys have had the hottest campaigning time.  The heat did not deter the men from seeking votes.

City Stuff:

The City of Magee Board of Aldermen will meet Tuesday beginning at 4:30 to continue work on the city budget.  The meetings are open to the public.

If you would like to appear before the board, register with Jon Styron at City Hall by Monday before the scheduled meeting on Tuesday.  (Our next meeting is September 5, 2023.)

Check the landscape on highway 49 near Love’s—-Skippy Russell’s building is coming on up!  The strip mall will house 5 businesses.  One of the business is a Newk’s.  (I can’t wait!)

Just a reminder:  VOTE
