Congregate Meal Program Kick-off at Gene B. Polk PriorityOne Senior Center–Prepare to Sign up

We are excited to announce the launch of the Congregate Meal Program at the Gene B. Polk PriorityOne Senior Center, aimed at providing nutritious meals to seniors in our Magee community.

Application Process:
The application process will commence on April 1st. Our staff will be available at the Senior Center from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Thursday, during the week of April 1st to assist with applications.

Meal Service Start Date:
Meal service will commence on Monday, April 8th.

Capacity:
Initially, we are equipped to serve 20 individuals in the Magee community through this program.

Application Procedure:
The first 20 individuals to complete an application will be accepted into the program. Make sure to visit the Senior Center during the application week to secure your spot.

Future Expansion:
While we are starting with limited capacity, our aim is to secure additional funding in the future to serve more individuals in our community. Your participation and support will help us achieve this goal.
