Charlie, better known as “the Hoss,” Kennedy is the 15 year old son of Josh Kennedy of D’Lo and Kate Farmer of Newton was named to the first team all district 5-4A. Charlie is an offensive lineman for the Newton County Cougars where he is a sophomore.
Charlie is the grandson of James “Sarge” and Pam Phillips Kennedy of D’Lo, MS and the great grandson of Betty and the late John F. Phillips of D’Lo and Betty Jean Davis Kennedy and the late Billie Ray Kennedy of the Dry Creek community in Magee.
First team as a Sophomore…is awesome!
