Simpson County Technical Center held a College and Career Day Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at the Technical Center in Mendenhall.
Representatives from Universities were present. Copiah Lincoln Community College had their recruiters and workforce personnel present. The military made an appearance trying to recruit possible candidates. Business like Southern Pine, John Deer, WLBT, and WJTV were present for the event.
All technical students were able to stop and discuss opportunities with the vendors present.
The local high schools were able to bring their seniors to participate in the career day as well.
