Coach Linda Dear Celebrates her 300th win at Simpson Academy

During Tuesday’s home game (November 15th), Headmaster Billy Wayne Hankins presented Varsity Girls Coach Linda Dear with a plaque in honor of her 300th win.

 

Dear previously coached at Simpson Academy from 1986-1998 where she led three Varsity Girls teams to State Championships.billywayne

She rejoined the Simpson Academy staff last year as junior varsity girls coach, She stepped up to coach both junior varsity and Varsity girl’s teams this year. Her 300th win actually came on Tuesday, Nov 3 with a victory over the Laurel Homeschool Knighthawks.
