Co-Lin hosts 38th annual Science Quest

WESSON, Mississippi – Copiah-Lincoln Community hosted the 38th annual Science Quest for high school students. Nine district schools were in attendance and students competed in the biology, chemistry, and physics areas with scholarships awarded to the winners. High school participating included Wesson Attendance Center, Brookhaven High School, Brookhaven Academy, Loyd Star Attendance Center, Enterprise Attendance Center, Bogue Chitto Attendance Center, Mendenhall High School, Lawrence County High School, and Crystal Springs High School.

 

BIOLOGY WINNERS – Winners in the biology category of Co-Lin’s 38th annual Science Quest are from left, Brynden Rogers, first place, Wesson Attendance Center; Joe Taylor, second place, Loyd Star Attendance Center; Emma King, third place, Loyd Star Attendance Center; Rajayvion Haygood, fourth place, Enterprise Attendance Center; and Aubrye Mayfield, honorable mention, Brookhaven High School.
