WESSON – For the second time this year, Copiah-Lincoln Community College has announced it is increasing academic scholarships. The Co-Lin Board of Trustees approved a new Achievement Scholarship during its regular meeting on April 4, 2019. The Achievement Scholarship provides quarter tuition for students with ACT composite scores of 19 and 20 beginning in the Fall 2019 semester. Incoming freshmen and returning Co-Lin students on all three campuses will be eligible to receive the quarter tuition scholarship, which is $350 per semester.

“Affordability and access are two of the most important priorities of the college. This new scholarship opportunity will allow students with a 19 and 20 to earn scholarships towards tuition costs,” said Dr. Jane G. Hulon, Co-Lin President. “We are very grateful to the Board of Trustees for its continued support to help ensure student success.”

During the 2018-2019 academic year, the college announced that academic scholarships would increase to half and full tuition, an increase of $100 and $200 respectively.
